<p>&nbsp; Mallow Camera Club is hosting a full-day Photoshop Skills Workshop with UK Photographer, Irene Froy EFIAP, MPAGB, HonPAGB, who is a leading proponent of creativity through photography and photoshop. <p>Mallow CC had another great weekend when members of the club picked up awards at the Irish Photographic Federation (IPF) Print and Projected Image and IPF Nature Competitions held in Kilkenny on 21 and 22 February last. <p>Mallow Camera Club is delighted to host a talk by award winning photographer Eimhear Collins on Monday night next, 09 February 2015. Eimhear lives in Drogheda, County Louth and photography has been her passion for the last four years. <p>The 2013 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mallow Camera Club will take place in the Mercy Centre Mallow on Monday 25 November 2013 at 8:30 p.m. Nominations for election to the committee must be with the Club Secretary, John Doheny, six days before the AGM, i.e. on or before Tuesday 19 November 2013.  Nomination papers [&hellip;]</p>

<p>Renowned wife and husband team Catherine and Scott MacBride will be giving a talk to Mallow Camera Club on Monday night next, 11 November. Catherine and Scott are a very creative couple who inspire all those who have heard them speak and seen their work.  They are members of Celbridge Camera Club and have won [&hellip;]</p>

<p>The next meeting of the club will focus on developing skills in the area of rural and landscape photography.  This will dovetail nicely with our next club outing to Galtee Wood to shoot rural and autumn photos. John Hooton will give a talk on how to approach this aspect of photography, including what lens to [&hellip;]</p>

<p>There was a great start to the new Mallow Camera Club photographic season on Monday night in the Mercy Centre.  Club Chairman, Bill Power, welcomed everyone back after the summer and said he was delighted to see a full house with both familiar and new faces. <p>On Thursday 16 May 2013 Mallow Camera Club will hold a fundraising night in aid of Special Olympics Ireland.  The main focus of the night will be an exhibition of photography by club members, and a talk by John Hooton.  Other activities will take place on the night &#8211; watch this space for details. <p>Mallow Camera Club is looking for images for selection on to our panels for the upcoming SACC Interclub Competition, which will take place on 24th March.  The club will be entering three panels again this year, Colour Print, Monochrome Print and Digital Projected Image; each panel consisting of ten images.  Each photographer can have up to two images [&hellip;]</p>

<p>Mallow Camera Club will hold its next meeting in the Mercy Centre, Mallow on Monday next 11th March.  The Mercy Centre is beside St. Mary&#8217;s Secondary School on the north side of the town. <p>No Club Meeting on Monday Night Next due to MacSweeny&#8217;s Photo Show There will be no meeting of Mallow Camera Club on Monday next (4th March).  Members are going instead to the annual Photo Show organised by MacSweeny&#8217;s photo shop in the Rochestown Park Hotel, Cork. Doors open for the show at 6 p.m. in the hotel&#8217;s Estuary [&hellip;]</p>

<p>The competition will be held tomorrow in Kilcoran Lodge hotel, Cahir, Co. Tipperary. Allow extra time to travel to the event. Last enties taken at 11.30am. Competition begins at 1.30pm. Because of the weather we may have fewer participants, so now might be your chance to do well.</p>

<p>The venue for Ciaran White and Lorraine Gilligan&#8217;s presentation has been confirmed for St. Patrick&#8217;s National School, next to Market Square , Mallow.  The presentation will take place  on Friday the 24th  of September. The photography includes portaits, nude and studio work.  All are welcome.</p>
