1. Menu and Member Log-in

At the top of the page you will find the menu. The Galleries and About options have drop-down menu with additional options. To the right of the main menu, highlighted by the red box is where you access the members area. If you have not created your account and logged in yet, it will say "Log-In". Click this to create your website account and log in to the members area.
2. Showcase Banner

If there is an upcoming or ongoing event, workshop, trip, this will appear here. Otherwise it will display a gallery of the most recent competition images
3. News
​
The 3 most recent news articles will appear here with a link to the main news page.
4. What's Next Dashboard
​
This dashboard will allow you to check at a glance what the next meeting is, the next club competition (league, POTY, or IOTY), next interclub competition (e.g. National Shield), and the next event, workshop or outing. It will include details such as venue, date and time (or due date), topic of meeting, or theme of competition where applicable, and names of speakers for meetings or point of contact for outings and workshops.
Accessing the Members Area
Creating your Account

When you first visit the new website, you will see an option to log in to the right of the main menu (or in the hamburger menu at the top right on a phone accessed by pressing the 3 horizontal lines). When you press that, you will be taken to the signup page. You can quickly create an account with your g mail or Facebook account, or manually by entering your e-mail address. please note that you will only be able to create a website account using the e-mail address you have provided the committee. If a different account us used on e-mail or Facebook, those options will not work for account creation. Please note that new account creation needs to be approved by the club webmaster, so there may be a delay before you will be able to access the member area. If you have already created your account and you see the Sign Up page, choose "Log In" to access the log in page.
Members Area

Once you have created your account, you will get access to a menu something like this when you click on the member icon on the right side of the main menu. The most important page will be the dashboard, but the menu will also give you quick access to some pages, such as a page to purchase your yearly club membership, and a page where you can create and manage your personal portfolio. The dashboard will have links to these pages, and important resources such as the club handbook. Further functionality will be added to this area in the future. Full instructions for creating your portfolio can be found on that page.
Renewing Membership
​
To pay for your club membership for the 2025/2026 season, choose the option to purchase your membership from the Member Area menu, or the Dashboard page. Press the Select button for a Full or Senior membership. You will be brought to the Checkout page. Payments are currently taken through PayPal, so a PayPal account will be required. Press the Buy Now button, and you will be directed to your PayPal account to complete your payment.
