We are thrilled with our results at the Irish Photographic Federation’s National Shield 2025 competition, held in Drogheda on the 15th November. This national event for non-advanced photographers featured mono and colour print panels from 20 camera clubs across Ireland.

Our Results:

• Mono Panel: Joint 3rd Place

• Colour Panel: Joint 4th Place

• Overall: Joint 3rd Place

Congratulations and well done to all the photographers whose images were selected for our panels.

A special thank you to our Competition Secretary, Niamh Barrett, and to Helen Vaughan for their work printing and mounting the images, and for travelling to Drogheda to present our panels.

Thank also goes to the Selection Committee for their hard work.

Finally, congratulations to all the clubs and photographers who received awards—especially our neighbouring club, Blackwater Photographic Society, on achieving 1st place overall.
